A community of freelancers by freelancers

We’ve been itching to build a community of freelancers for years. When you work from home, it can be easy to work inside of creative isolation. It’s just nice to know that there are other people out there with the same issues, technical and otherwise that can relate. Sometimes, the only ones who will understand a designers rant about a difficult client are other creative people.

The one thing we missed most about the whole ‘work’ environment thing was being surrounded by like-minded peers. We like being alone and working alone, but we really miss the personal development that comes from being around people who are better than us in one way or another.

It’s said that you are the combination of the five people closest to you.
